2. AGE VERIFICATION & IDENTIFICATION POLICY

2.1 Legal Requirement

You must be at least 19 years of age to enter our store, make a purchase, or receive a delivery.

2.2 Accepted Identification

Valid government-issued photo ID is required, including:

• Driver’s Licence
• Passport
• Ontario Photo Card
• Canadian Armed Forces ID

2.3 In-Store Verification

• All customers who appear under 25 will be asked for ID
• ID must be valid and not expired
• Entry and purchase will be refused if ID is not provided

2.4 Online Orders & Delivery

• Age is verified at checkout (self-declaration)
• Mandatory ID check at delivery
• Orders will only be handed to the individual who placed the order

2.5 Refusal Policy

We will refuse service if:

• ID is invalid, expired, or suspicious
• Customer appears intoxicated
• Customer cannot prove they are 19+

3. DELIVERY POLICY (AGCO / IAGCO 

COMPLIANT)

3.1 Eligibility

• Delivery is available only within approved service areas in Ontario
• Orders must be placed by individuals 19+

3.2 Delivery Requirements

• Deliveries are completed by trained staff 
• Orders are delivered in discreet packaging
• Delivery must be made directly to the customer

3.3 ID Verification at Delivery

• Valid government-issued ID must be presented
• Name on ID must match the order
• Driver will verify age and sobriety

3.4 Failed Deliveries

Orders will not be completed if:

• No valid ID is presented
• Customer is not present
• Customer appears intoxicated

In such cases:

• Orders may be returned to store
• Refunds will follow our Returns Policy

3.5 Safe Delivery Practices

• No delivery to minors under any circumstance
• No unattended deliveries
• Drivers may refuse delivery for safety concerns

4. RETURNS & EXCHANGE POLICY

4.1 General Policy

Due to cannabis regulations, all sales are final unless the product is defective or incorrect.

4.2 Eligible Returns

We will accept returns or exchanges only if:

• Product is defective (e.g., damaged, mold, packaging failure)
• Incorrect product was provided

4.3 Timeframe

• Returns must be requested within 48 Hours of purchase

4.4 Requirements

• Original receipt required
• Product must be returned in original packaging
• Product must not be significantly consumed

4.5 Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns for:

• Change of mind, unless immediately proceeding sale in which an exchange may be made at our discretion
• Opened products without defect
• Products not purchased from our store

4.6 Refund Method

• Refunds are issued to original payment method only
• Exchanges may be offered at our discretion

5. ONLINE SALES POLICY

5.1 Account Responsibility

Customers are responsible for maintaining accurate account information, including age and delivery details.

5.2 Order Limits

Orders are subject to federal possession limits (30 grams dried cannabis equivalent).

5.3 Payment

• Secure online payments only
• Orders will not be processed until payment is confirmed

5.4 Order Refusal

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders if:

• Fraud is suspected
• Regulatory concerns arise
• Delivery requirements cannot be met

6. CUSTOMER CONDUCT POLICY

We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone who:

• Violates laws or regulations
• Provides false identification
• Acts aggressively or unsafely
• Attempts to purchase for minors
